In my search for health foods that make people more well, I recently stumbled upon a dynamite whole food supplement. A whole food is the ideal way to supplement your diet with vitamins and minerals. Man-made vitamin and mineral tablets and capsules are not an ideal scene. About 90% of the vitamins and minerals on the market are nutrient incomplete.
