I keep searching for the perfect mineral because, wow, are minerals ever important. They are so missing from the soils and therefore so missing from our foods. Lack of minerals is one of the biggest reasons why we get lowered immune systems and become ill.
What makes a perfect mineral? I believe it should (1) be in liquid form for absorbability, (2) have come from plant life, (3) have all the minerals and trace minerals in perfect balance, and (4) be pure and uncontaminated.
