STEVIA IS NOW BACK ON THE MARKET IN THE U.S.A.
In "The Cure for All Cancers" Dr. Clark advised us to use Stevia as a sweetener, but no one could buy it as it comes from overseas and there was an embargo on it. Now it's back, and yum, yum, is it ever delicious.
Stevia is an herb that possesses an extraordinary sweetness. The active constituents of stevia are considered by the world's leading food scientists as the "sweeteners of the future." There is dry stevia and liquid stevia. The dry stevia was just so, so, but the liquid stevia that comes in a 2 oz. dropper bottle is outstandingly delicious in teas, coffee, hot sterilized milk, whipping cream, lemonade, fruit shakes, salad dressings, and anything you care to sweeten.
The medicinal qualities of stevia are these: Has been used to lower blood sugar, has a mild strengthening effect on the heart and vascular system if used over the long term, helps to inhibit the growth and reproduction of bacteria and other infectious organisms, and in the literature of Brazil, stevia is mentioned as significantly improving digestion and overall gastrointestinal function. In the literature, the liquid Stevia is also mentioned as being effective in clearing up skin problems, such as acne, seborrhea, dermatitis, eczema, etc. if applied directly to the skin; and It has also been placed directly in cuts and wounds for more rapid healing, without scarring.
There has never been any reports of ill effects from using Stevia despite many years of widespread use in Japan, China, Brazil, and many other countries in which scores of tons of stevia has been ingested.
So... if you like it sweet... try stevia!
