BENEFITS OF HERBAL TEAS

Single herb teas are acceptable says Hulda Clark, Ph.D., N.D., author of “The Cure for all Cancers.” “Tea blends are mixtures of herb teas; these have solvents in them from the extracts used.” Dr. Clark also says not to use tea bags but to cut them open and dump out the tea because the bags are full of antiseptic. She suggests using a bamboo strainer, NOT a metal strainer. If you want a blend why not buy single herbs and put them together yourself.

Use Single Herb Teas Only.

PAU D’ARCO TEA

Pau D’Arco is said to give the body greater vitality by strengthening its organic defenses. It revitalizes the body, it helps to create new cells, it increases resistance to disease, and it creates a sense of well-being. It is a powerful tonic and blood builder; it is a superlative source of natural iron and is used to correct anemia. It has been known to help eliminate pain, to heal wounds and to combat infection. It works upon the nervous system to help in insomnia and anxiety states. Germs that cause almost all diseases cannot withstand the antibiotics of this herb. Highly effective against Candida (yeast infection). Considered a wonder herb, it has generated stories of fantastic cures down through the ages. The tea comes in cut herbs, but you could also buy the powder and stuff your own capsules.

PEPPERMINT TEA

INHIBITS HERPES -- peppermint is antiviral and is successful in stopping the progress of herpes virus. It works best in tea form because the gelatin capsule tends to nullify its strong antiviral properties. Two cups of warm tea a day are suggested during those periods when the herpes virus is the most active.

RELIEVES MIGRAINES -- PEPPERMINT TEA IS EXCELLENT FOR RELIEVING THE PRESSURE OF MIGRAINE HEADACHES. Bring 1 pint of water to a boil. Remove from heat. Add 2 Tbsps. fresh or dried mint leaves. Cover and steep for 50 minutes, then strain. Drink 1-2 cups of cool tea when a headache occurs. Also, rubbing a little peppermint oil on either side of the temples and toward the back of the neck gives additional relief as well. BUT MAKE SURE THE PEPPERMINT OIL IS PURE AND CONTAINS NO SOLVENTS.

Peppermint also calms digestive disorders and general nervousness - drink several cups of lukewarm tea sweetened with a little honey (or no sweetening at all) for these disorders.

RED BUSH TEA

Red Bush (Rooibos) Tea is hardly known about in the USA as yet. It comes to us from a certain area in Africa where the natives drink it daily and maintain unusually youthful bodies. They attribute it to this tea. In addition, world-wide case studies have found it to relieve insomnia and stomach cramps and to be especially helpful for babies with colic. It’s also good for allergies and nervous tension. It has a soothing affect on the skin. It can be applied directly to the skin and is useful for relief of nappy rash and certain skin irritations as well.

Red Bush is the ideal drink for people with a busy lifestyle as it can be enjoyed in unlimited quantities through the day. It is a great thirst quencher for sports people as iced tea or mixed with fruit juice. For the figure-conscious who are on a restricted diet, it is a satisfying and delicious drink. Red Bush is less bitter than regular tea and can be enjoyed without sugar. Red Bush contains iron, potassium, magnesium, manganese, copper, calcium, zinc and fluoride which is extremely beneficial to the growing child.

ADDITION BENEFITS ARE:

- Helps to recover from fatigue
- Reduces cholesterol levels
- Helpful with allergenic skin problems
- Achieve deep sleep with a full energy wake-up
- Increases your energy level
- Maintains and helps to restore youthfulness
- Enjoyable hot or cold.

YERBA MATE TEA

Modern people of Latin America continue to drink Yerba Mate two to four times daily -- either hot or cold. This nutritious beverage invigorates the body and activates the mind in a healthful manner unequaled by other foods and beverages. Medical authorities in South America and Europe have drawn these fascinating conclusions:

- Yerba Mate is a general stimulant to the intellect but does not interfere with sleep.
- It relieves fatigue and energizes the body.
- It is a tonic to the nervous system and has a strengthening effect on the memory.
- It protects against stress.
- It aids urinary and bowel evacuation.
- It is a general body builder
- It increases respiratory power.
- It is excellent for reducing or removing fever.
- It relieves the symptoms of many allergies.
- It lessens the sensations of hunger.
- It nourishes and soothes the tissues of the intestines.
- It eliminates the odor of body and gas wastes.
- It stimulates all body functions and reduces cellular oxidation.
- It helps prevent wrinkles and other signs of premature aging.

UNEQUALLED IN NATURAL VITAMINS AND MINERALS. All this from a single herbal tea? Yes! Although Yerba Mate is easily prepared by adding hot water and allowing the brew to steep for several minutes, analysis has shown that this herb is incredibly rich in Vitamin C, Pantothenic Acid, and Chlorophyll. It contains most of the B Vitamins and Vitamin E. It also provides essential Mineral salts -- calcium, magnesium, iron, sodium, potassium, manganese, silica, choline, phosphorous, phosphoric acid, hydrochloric acid and an alkaloid called mateine -- all in their proper balance, provided by nature.
