We’d love to hear from you, your views are important. With Winter upon us, now is the time to have a good strong immune system. Winter brings extra stresses just from making the body work harder to stay warm, in addition to all the other stress from the difficult conditions brought about by the weather such as power failures. Everyone is affected, but particularly at risk are older people and babies. Babies, because they lose body heat more easily than adults. Also I’m told they can’t make enough body heat by shivering - don’t let them sleep in a cold room. And older adults make less body heat because of a slower metabolism and less physical activity.
What to do? We need to unleash the body’s tremendous ability to repair itself, and to resist cold, stress and invasive organisms. Do the cleanses to eliminate toxins, chemicals and parasites. Herbs are our greatest gift on this planet! They do not have one active ingredient that kills a parasite or kills bacteria or viruses. Each herb has many active ingredients. The concept of extracting one principle compound, and making its “sister” chemical (analogs, derivatives) is seriously flawed. Winter Warm-Up Tips.
Six warming herbs are Cinnamon, Garlic, Chives, Cayenne Pepper, Ginger, and Fennel Seed.

ALKALIZE YOUR BODY
Put Alkalizing Drops in your water
Nothing is easier than dropping these alkalizing drops in a glass of water. The body must be slightly alkaline for the greatest health. Diet is an important factor, but there is not a lot of agreement among professionals on which foods are acid -forming and which are alkaline-forming.. Perhaps this is because people are of four different blood types (0, A, B, or AB). Each blood type processes food a little differently. For example, if you are blood type A, meat makes you more acidic, but if you are blood type 0, meat will not make you more acidic (if you don =t eat too much, that is). But nutritionists do very much agree on eating lots of vegetables and fruits, but not too many acidic fruits like oranges, grapefruit and pineapple. Do not be afraid to eat some acid-forming foods. Winning with CALM

Since so many of you have been ordering the Natural Calm magnesium drink, we decided to do a survey to discover what it is doing for you. Here are some results from a 30 customer survey.
My first call was to 85 yr old Bob in Colorado. No sooner had I mentioned CALM than he exclaimed “Oh yes, CALM is wonderful! How does it do these things? Magnesium is by far the most important mineral in the body, activating over 350 different biochemical reactions all necessary for the body to function normally.
