Now with the Winter past, and Nature bursting into life again, this is the time of the year when our Grandmothers would give us (when we were children) our yearly or half yearly deworming doses. ‘Codex Alimentarius” means “food rules” in Latin. The Codex Alimentarius Commission was established by the United Nations in 1962 as a Trade Commission to regulate, and thus control, every aspect of how food and nutritional supplements are produced and sold to the customer. It is a tool of Trade Organizations, not a protector of Public Health. It serves the 5 “Bigs” – Big Pharma, Big Chema, Big Medica, and Big Bio-Techna, (eg. Monsanto).

In 1994, CODEX classified Nutrients in the category of Toxins, to be assessed on a “Risk Assessment scale”. Toxins are assessed by feeding to animals in higher doses until high enough to kill 50% of them. This is called the LD50 (lethal dose 50%). Then they extrapolate what this dose would be for humans.
Then you go to the bottom of the scale and increase the dose to find the maximum dose that can be given before a discernable impact is shown. Now divide that by 100 and that is called the safety limit.

GOJI BERRIES the Tibetan longevity food.

Sometimes adding the usual friendly flora (probiotics) to build gut balance isn=t enough as these often get killed by acids on the way to the gut.
