Colon Cleanse No.2, 36 servings. Ingredients: Psyllium husk, psyllium seed, bentonite clay, flax seed, apple pectin, slippery elm bark, marshmallow root, fennel seed, willow charcoal, all organic. Suggested Use: In a small jar mix one level scoop (one heaping teaspoon) of Cleanse Form #2 in 12 to 16 oz of pure water for 5 or 6 consecutive days. This should be done � hour before each daily meal and just before bed. An additional 24 oz of pure water should be consumed each day of use. This product is intended to be used periodically and in conjunction with the Colon Cleanse No 1 to maintain proper bowel function.
