This is the title of an
autobiography by Noel Johnson who at age 83 competes
in marathon runs of 26-plus miles around the world
and has the gold medals to prove it.
He has earned the name "superman" by doctors
who study him to find out how he has so successfully
reversed the aging process.
At age 65
Noel was refused life insurance due to a weak and
damaged heart.
His doctor prohibited any physical activity,
cautioning him not even to mow the lawn, saying, "You
might not live to trim the borders."
Noel had many other problems from age 65 to
70. He
sat around the house all day, he had arthritis, he
ate whatever was around, he huffed like a steam engine
when he took only 5 steps, and his muscles had all
turned to flab.
His wife had died of a stroke a few years earlier.
His son had a serious talk with Noel about
whether to put Noel into a nursing home or hire home
care. That
night after the talk with his son Noel stripped down
and looked at himself in the mirror, and indeed he
saw a sick old man.
He was mentally very foggy, but he made himself
think because he knew he had to make some decisions
or die. He
thought of all the things he did not want in
his life. He
didn't want to waste away in any nursing home, he
didn't want to be a burden on his son or
daughter, and he didn't want to suffer the
agonies of old age any longer
-- those were the 3 main things.
He even cognited that his road back to health
started with THOUGHT, the foregoing thoughts of what
he did not want.
His thoughts led to walking as a first step. It took
mighty will power to walk at all, but eventually he
was trotting a half mile each day.
Second, he added organic fruits and vegetables
to his diet and ate many of them raw. Third, he ate High Desert Bee Pollen, a really live bee pollen
which must stay frozen or refrigerated until eating.
He only did these 3 things.
He did a lot of research on bee pollens because
he stumbled across the data that pollen is a complete
food with all the vitamins, minerals, trace minerals,
enzymes, amino acids, fatty acids, antioxidants, etc.,
and that it completely balances body chemistry.
Bee Pollen is undoubtedly the most complete
superfood in existence.
Implementing these few things, he got better
and better, stronger, healthier, and handsomely muscular.
In his book he suggests only 2 tablespoons of bee
pollen a day for a person to balance their body chemistry,
and of these 2 tablespoons you can divide it up so
you are taking 1 teaspoon with each meal which will
(by scientific evidence) balance the whole rest of
the meal. Lots
of people love the taste of the pollen, but for the
few that do not, there are chewable tablets, of which
only 1 a day will do the job.
When Noel runs in marathons, he uses the tablets
during the race to keep his energy up.
Oh, I forgot, he also became a boxing champion
while in his 80's.
Noel says,
"By far the most stupendous impact bee pollen made
in my life was making possible my return to sexual
potency at age 71, an unheard of happening as far
as the medical men are concerned. I credit this directly
to the gonadotropic hormone present in live bee pollen.
This hormone is similar to the pituitary hormone,
gonadotropin, and feeds the sex glands, acting as
a stimulant.
This is a natural sex hormone and nourishes
the reproductive systems of both men and women, increasing
sexual stamina and endurance, and has been found to
have a dramatic effect on sexual ability.
I am not the only person in the world who has
been returned to full manhood by the simple ingestion
of honeybee pollen. German medical doctors have reported the increase of up to
double the hormone count in patients fed one teaspoon
of pollen every morning over a period of only three
to six weeks.
Even in the most stubborn cases, the hormone
count doubled by six weeks."
Noel describes in his book how pollen smooths
away wrinkles and age spots, controls weight (either
losing or gaining), reverses illness, and reverses
age. Would
you expect anything less of a product which balanced
your body chemistry?
Warning: Don't buy dead pollen or you won't be a stud at 80.
